At Global Customer Service and Parts (GCSP), we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation.

The After-Sales Technik PKW (GCSP/TP) section ensures global support for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and smart customers through the service external organisation. In this context, the GCSP/TP employees are active in the new product projects and represent the interests of the entire after-sales sector. These and other activities create the conditions for successful repair of vehicles with clear fault diagnosis and spare parts supply in GCSP/TP.

Our team ''After-Sales Technik Car Processes and Methods'' is responsible for the identification, modelling, coordination and implementation of all processes and methods in close coordination with the respective departments. The team focuses on the continuous improvement of the central processes such as the service-oriented product design, the technical market support/product probation, the MAS coordination (insurance of the after-sales targets for new product projects), diagnostic data creation and the quality management of the GCSP/TP area, and allows you to gain a deep insight into almost all areas of the technical after-sales.

These challenges include: Support of the team in the different process columns Responsibility and development of own projects such as Creation of a basic concept for multimedia GCSP Guides based on an existing pre-development guide Developing the content concept for the guide Market support and product probation Optimization/Structure Social-Intranet Content to Processes/Methods Support in the Migration of Processes in Signavio Self-creating work/management documents Uncovering optimization potentials in our processes, developing solution proposals, helping to redesign Conception and organisation of international specialist workshops Presentation of results The activity can begin from February 2026.
