We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of Glenair in Bulgaria. The Sales Engineer wants to play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Glenairs comprehensive range of interconnect solutions direct in Netherlands. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers Understand customer needs and requirements, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory Achieve sales and targets by promoting Glenairs products and services Collaborate with sales management to create and implement effective sales strategies Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends Keep management informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback Work close with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interconnect solutions or the electronic/ electromechanical industry Technical acumen, ability to understand and communicate complex technical information Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge in German is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
