To strengthen our team we are looking for:

Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

They carry out the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks in construction projects and ensure the development and implementation of risk prevention measures

The independent care, processing and administration of subordinates in the ERP system is also part of your responsibility

In addition, you actively contribute to the development of concepts on special topics of the management and take over their implementation

They form the interface to controlling, project/and construction and lead e.g. Risk assessment workshops

You will also work to develop a company-wide risk management system

In addition to this, you will take over general commercial administrative activities – including the development of project-related fonts in cooperation with the project management, internal communication and structured placement management.

They have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

You already have experience in risk management, project management or controlling projects

In dealing with VOB, HOAI and typical transport models of construction, you are sure

Also bring well-founded MS Office knowledge with and ideally experience with Excel risk models, SAP, iTWO, Oracle Primavera or similar tools

A structured, process-oriented way of working in conjunction with analytical and economic thinking
