Projektleitung/ Manager Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

As Project Management Finance Transformation, you work closely on the side of the Accounting Management and actively promote the transformation of our Accounting Systems and Processes. In doing so, you essentially take over the technical and operational control of the R2R subproject within our transformation program as a subproject management record-to-report. You connect accounting, controlling, tax, IT, key user and external advice, structure open questions, and conduct the subproject target-oriented from conception, testing and migration to go-live and stabilization. You make sure that processes, data, interfaces, controls and responsibilities are consistently combined.

Project Control: You plan and control work packages, milestones, dependencies, resources and decisions in the R2R subproject. End-to-end process design: You develop the target image for main book, asset accounting, completion, intercompany, account tuning and reporting. SAP S/4HANA implementation: You translate technical requirements into implementable solutions and provide configuration, fit-to-standard decisions and professional acceptance. Integration and interfaces: You coordinate the toothing with adjacent processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax and Consolidation as well as with relevant data streams. Governance and Quality: You establish clear responsibilities, decision-making, documentation standards and effective controls with regard to HGB, IKS and audit security. Change and ability: You actively integrate specialist areas and key users and support the sustainable transition to the new process and system landscape.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in managing or managing subprojects in finance, ERP or SAP transformation programs. You have a well-founded understanding of the record-to-report process, in particular main book, asset accounting, completion, intercompany and reporting. You have good knowledge of SAP FI/CO; Experiences with SAP S/4HANA, ideally public cloud, are beneficial. You bring practical experience into at least two of the topics process design, test management, data migration, cutover, change management or internal control system. You have a secure understanding of accounting according to HGB; Knowledge of the audit or professional services environment is welcome. You are able to structure complex issues, make decisions and coordinate different stakeholders legally. You work with a high degree of self-responsibility, a high level of implementation and communicate in German and English.
