Your tasks:

• Individual case management for employees Reintegration management (BEM)
• designing effective framework conditions and measures to Reintegration
• preparation and documentation of case analyses and Integration plans
• Communication and coordination to internal and external consultancy and Support offers
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as the Work physicians, social and addictive counselling and the works council
• Cooperation in health promotion projects

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the healthcare sector or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in healthcare desirable
• Very good knowledge of German (safe for negotiation) and good English knowledge
• Secure handling of Google Workspace
