Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, BWL with Tech Focus – or a damn good track record. First to multi-year professional experience in consulting, startups, tech projects or a digital environment. Practical experience with AI/ML tools, in particular Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Automation (e.g. Make, Python, Zapier, RPA) or API connections. A good feeling for business processes, AI use cases and the ability to translate AI solutions in a targeted way into customer contexts. Very good knowledge of German and English.
