The company: Our client is a company operating throughout Germany in the field of telecommunications technology based in Nuremberg.

At the next possible time, we are looking for several service technicians (m/w/d) for customer operations on site.

The positions are to be filled in full time and with the aim of a personal placement.

Germany-wide readiness to travel (Monday to Friday) and a driving licence of Class B are required.

A vehicle, laptop, smartphone, high-quality workwear and tool is of course provided by our client.

Location: Germany Working hours: 40 hours per week

Your tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of system technology in the areas of data center and transport network
• Cooperation in diverse projects focusing on network and transmission technology
• Integration of optical transmission systems into existing network infrastructures
• performing measurements, maintenance and disorders on the supervised systems
• Recording and documentation of all processes for secure and successful order processing

Your profile:

• Completed (electro) technical training (e.g. as IT system electronics, electronics for information and telecommunications technology, electronics for energy and building technology, per m/w/d)
• Ideally professional experience in telecommunications and network technology
• Experience in splicing glass fiber
• commissioning and maintenance of USV systems
• Planning, installation and commissioning of system/network technology
• Work with multiplexers, routers, switches, OLT’s, including measurements
• Rack & Stack Service
• Network and fiber optic cables
• fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in telecommunications systems
• Residence in Germany
• Very good German knowledge of Word us Writing
• readiness for nationwide deployments from Monday to Friday
• Class B licence
