Support in personnel administration and document management, e.g. the creation and maintenance of regular evaluations as well as the creation, maintenance and storage of employee documents Maintenance of personal files and support in data management in our HR systems Preparation and preparation of work certificates Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of our annual HR processes (e.g. bonus and salary rounds as well as personnel development measures) Working in various HR projects as well as independent support for smaller (partial) projects, e.g. in the areas of employee satisfaction, anniversaries or HR process optimization Close cooperation with the entire People & Culture team and other internal interfaces

You are studying business management, psychology or a comparable field of expertise with a focus on personnel or completing a training in the field of human resources. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the staff sector, for example through internships or a student work. You are characterized by openness, curiosity, self-initiative and the willingness to work on new topics. A quick understanding, a hands-on mentality, team spirit and a high IT affinity complete your profile. You have knowledge of German at native language level as well as good to very good English in word and writing. The safe handling of Microsoft 365 is obvious to you.
