Support for the management of the institution in matters of planning and implementation with regard to the opening of the institution Planning, implementation and control of participation plans and organisation of social participation measures Organisation of leisure activities and internal events, active participation of the living environment Quality assurance in the supervision documentation and adaptation of care measures Planning and coordination of service plans, including holiday and training planning Management of personnel deployment in case of failures, ensuring the incorporation of new employees Promoting employee development and motivation for regular training and supervision Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, including fire protection and accident prevention This is what you bring as a social service (w/m/d) As a social service (w/m/d), you play a central role in supporting and promoting our residents. Requirements Your profile: Completed study or state recognition as a medical education, psychological psychotherapist (according to PsychThG), social education, social workers or ergotherapist At least two years of professional experience in the field of mental and/or mental disability or dependency diseases Embossed empathy and the ability to individually address the needs of our residents Developing leadership skills and the gift of your team Communication strength and safe occurrence. Flexibility and openness for the dynamic requirements of everyday life in our institution
