responsible planning, development and strategic development of CAFM software and ensuring efficient implementation Control and integration of the GM processes into the CAFM system by professional project management – from installation to continuous optimization of the software modules used Supporting the test environment, testing the functionalities to be implemented up to the degree of maturity of a productive user environment Collection, integration and care of CAFM's assessment data Preparation and implementation of user training in the department Function as a super-admine, key user and know-how carrier in the GM for the CAFM software and interaction as a professional contact with the software supplier Replace and monitor a change request, helpdesk, user support concept with the software supplier and the IT End-user support with regard to bug fixation and ticket system
