Planning and independent handling of construction measures in asphalt construction Monitoring the construction process taking into account the technical and economic objectives and the construction site results control Coordination of the operations of Perronal and Subcontractors in cooperation with a Polier Close communication to external and internal interfaces such as the client, the group manager, the purchasing and the costing department

Multiannual professional experience as an asphalt manager:in completed studies (FH/TU) of civil engineering or comparable training preferably in the field of road/lower construction User knowledge in a billing/calculation program (ideally iTwo) of advantageEngagement, enforcement ability and safe occurrence Self-employed and committed working methods and team skills Business thinking and acting Impressed social competence, organisational and negotiation skills and proactive working methods
