These are your tasks: In a motivated and experienced team, they will participate in the optimization of existing processes and the modeling of new processes in close cooperation with the respective departments. Process solutions think of end-to-end to provide the external and internal customer with an appropriate solution and optimally operate the interfaces in the process. They drive the digitalization of the processes and thereby make important impulses for the Bank's future viability. Methodological, conceptual and technical know-how brings you profitably and actively increase the efficiency and quality of the Bank's business processes. They accompany, train, document and model the changed and new processes. You know the legal and supervisory requirements for process changes and new introductions. In this context, they are also responsible for the planning and implementation of the test and release procedure. They understand themselves as a link between the different areas in the bank and as a contact person for our colleagues promote the network within our home and keep the written order of the bank up to date. They work across areas in projects. In addition, you support our employees in process-relevant questions.
