We are a specialized company in the field of stainless steel processing and are looking for a reliable and technically versed specialist for the operation of our glass bead jet system based on a pressure jet boiler. Only components made of stainless steel – from small parts to medium-sized components are processed.

Operation and monitoring of a glass bead jet system (pressure jet boiler system) Preparation of stainless steel components for the blasting process (cleaning, masking, fixing) Conducting glass beads for surface cleaning, finishing and matting Quality control of radiated components (surface image, uniformity, cleanliness) Maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the blasting system and the working area Further activities as required, e.g. assembly of assemblies

Experience in the field of beam technology, surface treatment, metalworking or related activities – Transversal beginners from areas such as autopainting, spatulas or surface preparation are expressly welcome, as the activity is well learnable Handicraft skill and good technical understanding Responsive, careful and structured functioning willingness to work in the operation of a specialized plant Reliability, teamability and quality awareness Good knowledge of German in word and writing
