In order to strengthen our team in Augsburg, we are now looking for a tax advisor | lawyer (m|w|d) as a specialist in sales tax.

Your duties

• holistic care of our national and international client:inside all sales tax issues
• Supporting our client:in case of ongoing sales tax compliance tasks, ongoing audits and remedies
• creation of sales tax advice, in particular on sector-specific special topics in the field of intra-German and cross-border trade and services
• multidisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from all areas of due diligence projects and restructuring
• Support of our client: in the introduction of Tax CMS systems
• Function as mentor:in for the less experienced team
• Keeping internal and external seminars on sales tax issues
• as a lawyer (m|w|d) They are also responsible for legal advice, such as, for example, the turnover tax audit of contractual clauses, the monitoring of turnover tax proceedings and tax criminal proceedings

Your profile

• Qualification as a lawyer (m|w|d) and/or tax advisor (m|w|d)
• two to seven years of professional experience in the field of turnover tax
• sound knowledge of English
• Team player and independent working
• Joy in interdisciplinary work
