Dunlopstraße 32, 33689 Bielefeld You are responsible for the costing and supply processing of demanding large-scale projects in the field of civil engineering and further develop the costing department You take the mass determination on the basis of the plans of the builder and start the performance directories on this basis You get offers from our entrepreneurs and participate in the award negotiations and are in regular exchange with the purchase You plan the project process and take the projects on your own up to order assignment You support the management in order negotiations with the builder

Ideally successfully completed civil engineering, landscape architecture or geology studies and/or comparable technical training Ideally relevant professional experience in the field of costing, construction management or planning of civil engineering projects Good MS Office (Word and Excel) and iTWO knowledge Self-working, communication strength, team skills and persuasiveness
