EU Research Officer (m/f/d)

You identify, analyze and prepare targeted national and European funding opportunities, in particular for Ohm’s research focus on materials and production technology You advise researchers strategically and professionally based on the positioning of their research ideas in European competition You accompany intensively complex EU applications, in particular projects coordinated by the ohm, and work on the creation and quality assurance of non-scientific applications (e.g. impact, implementation, budget planning) with You organise and conduct targeted training, workshops and information events on EU research funding

Complete Master's degree in a relevant engineering or natural science discipline (e.g. in the fields of materials science, physics or production technology), Funded knowledge of German and European research and innovation policies, in particular the EU framework programmes, and demonstrable experience in third-party funding, ideally in the EU context Multiannual professional experience in the design, application and implementation of complex EU research projects, including safe handling of administrative and financial support regulations Impressed communication strength in interdisciplinary, international and intercultural contexts as well as reliable German and English (C1), further European language skills of advantage Ability to analyse and strategically position research content in the funding logics and objectives of European programmes Very good organisational and coordination skills, project management competence as well as independent and service-oriented working methods
