Responsibility for economic development and the profitable growth of your business unit in the Stuttgart region Strategic development of existing customer relationships and expansion of existing customer business Implementation of the Securitas growth strategy with focus on sales, margin and customer retention Control and analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of appropriate measures Responsibility for Budget, Forecast and GuV in close cooperation with Controlling Leadership, coaching and further development of directly subordinate executives Ensuring efficient operational operation and high service quality Promoting a performance-oriented and value-estimating leadership culture Development and implementation of regional growth and sales initiatives

Successfully completed studies or comparable training Multiannual management experience as branch manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or in a comparable management function Experience in controlling sales, earnings and growth targets Representative knowledge in the field of employee management and organisational development Interest in security services and security solutions Safe handling of key figures, budget planning and economic contexts Good knowledge of English (at least B2) Entrepreneurial thinking and strong decision-making and implementation competence
