Responsible support of the assigned locations of the ECOVIS RTS in all personal economic issues as well as trusted cooperation with the respective locations Own control and implementation of operational personal processes along the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry and exit to contractual changes to the care and administration of personal documents Self-fulfilment of the monthly fee billing including ensuring timely and proper care of all accounting-relevant master and movement data Competent contact person for employees and executives in all matters relating to remuneration, social security law and other personal matters Own-responsible handling of reporting and certification as well as professional correspondence with financial offices, social security institutions, authorities and other external institutions

successfully completed commercial training with a focus on staffing, pay billing or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, an economic study with a focus on staff Professional experience in wage and salary accounting as well as sound knowledge in wage tax and social security law; ideally experience with DATEV (especially LODAS) Structured, independent and reliable functioning as well as a high degree of responsibility and discretion Joy in cooperation with various locations and contact persons: inside as well as a service-oriented and professional appearance Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as pronounced communication and team skills
