System and Project Engineer - Drive (m/f/d)

You are responsible for supporting electrical drive components – from design to integration on board. You will set up technical specifications for enquiries, commissions and test specifications to remove the components. You carry out technical comparisons and evaluate the incoming offers. As an interface manager (m/w/d), you take over communication with manufacturing, customers and subcontractors. You accompany the technical integration, take the components from the subcontractor and support the production during the construction phase. You are involved in the final product delivery to the customer. You carry out service operations and secure customer support.

You have completed engineering studies in ship/machine engineering or in ship electrical engineering. You bring several years of experience in the design or technical integration of fast-running diesel engines and their exhaust/combustion air systems. You have ideally worked with 3D‐CAD (preferably Siemens NX), 2D‐CAD (preferably Autodesk AutoCAD) and Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Your technical understanding, organizational talent, and commercial thinking are what distinguishes you. You work responsibly, independently and extremely accurately. You convince by contact and communication skills as well as team spirit and high self-initiative. You have professional experience either in a drive department of a shipyard or with a relevant supplier (engine, gearbox or propeller manufacturer).
