Your job as an employee Reception/ Pforte (m/w/d)

• You are responsible for the monitoring and handling of incoming and outgoing trucks, goods and passenger transport
• You create commercial documents and issue them
• You book the incoming or outgoing vehicles and are the interface between the drivers and the team of loading and unloading
• You monitor the driving orders in the system
• You are the first contact person for our visitors and guests and welcome them to them
• You are confident about the storage and output of keys
• You control various documents, such as identity papers
• You take the mail and deliveries

Your profile as an employee Reception/ Pforte (m/w/d)

• You keep an overview at any time
• Through our internal integration and further training program, you also have good chances as cross-comers
• Ready to work in layers
• Communication at eye level is of course for you
• Knowledge in MS-Office is an advantage, if necessary we will gladly bring it to you
• You work exactly and independently within a team
• You speak well German and ideally also another language
• You have an organizational skill and are flexible
