At the parental leave we are looking for a specialist at HomeCare - Internal service for our main location in Kraftsdorf/Töppeln

Your tasks:

You are the first contact person for billing questions for your colleagues in the field service and assists them in administrative matters. That means:

• Request and collect recipes and create and edit cost suggestions, orders, deliveries and invoices
• invoices including monthly invoices of orders and recipes
• Exchange of information with customers, cost-benefits, care facilities, doctors and therapists
• firm contact for colleagues in the interior
• general administrative activities

Your profile:

• completed vocational training in the field of administration, office organization or similar with practical experience
• routined handling of the PC and databases, preferably the industry software SaniVision
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• pronounced communication and organizational skills
• Product knowledge of the auxiliary area desirable
