All contracts of the company will come together with you. Not as a deposit, but as a living system: each contract is checked, monitored, optimized and negotiated at the right time with the help of a software. You are the central body that ensures that the wagers – from the individual specialist business to the central office – are contractually safe and economically wise. You tax the entire contract portfolio. Commercial leases for around 200 locations. Leasing contracts for the fleet. Insurance policies for buildings, operation, fleet and inventory. Energy supply contracts for electricity and gas. Maintenance and service contracts for ovens, refrigeration, cash register systems. IT and software contracts. Service provider agreements for cleaning, disposal, pest control, security. You build a system in which no contract is concluded – with time-limit monitoring, re-preparations and clear processes. You negotiate what others sign. Whether rent extension, leasing conditions, insurance premiums or energy tariffs: You can see when the right time for a post-negotiation is and support the negotiations. You work closely with the management, the shopping manager and the expansion manager. If necessary, you will vote with external lawyers. You protect the company. You check out additional cost accounting, enforce maintenance claims against landlords, question insurance conditions and check whether service providers deliver what is agreed. You recognize risks before You become problems, and make sure that our contractual rights remain consistent. You bundle, optimate, save. 200 sites mean negotiating power. You use it: by bundling insurance, by means of framework contracts for energy and services, by wise timing during contract changes. Every euro you save here affects the result directly.

Business training with further education or studies - whether business management, real estate management, economic law or comparable.

Several years of experience in managing a broad contractual portfolio – ideally for a branch company, in trade, in gastronomy or a comparable environment.

You read a contract like other one menu: fast, precise and with a view to what is missing. In addition, you bring a good understanding of insurance, leasing and general contract law.

Negotiating skills based on experience. Whether landlord, insurer, leasing company or energy supplier: In close dialogue with the management, you negotiate objectively, bindingly and with the right eye dimension. You know when to push and when to wait.

Structured, frist-oriented work. With a portfolio of this size, system counts, not abdominal feeling. You work with databases, templates and clear processes and build them up yourself if necessary.

Own initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and communication strength. You don't wait for instructions, you know what to do and trade. And you explain complex contractual relations so that even non-Jurists understand them.

A role with real lever. You do not manage contracts – you tax them. What you negotiate, bundle and optimise directly affects the economic result of the entire company. Every euro you save or secure counts.
