• First experience in production or assembly is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
• willingness to work in shiftwork, including early, late and night shifts.
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship are desirable.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are essential to us.
• Good knowledge of German to understand and implement work instructions safely.
• A high level of team spirit and commitment.
