Foreman (m/w/d) Construction in existing buildings or turnkey construction

The engine of our construction sites in the region of Süderelbe-Weser: you run your employees and subcontractors: inside, share them and organize the construction process. They keep everything together: As a polisher:in you support the construction management in contact with the builders:inside as well as authorities and take part in meetings on the construction process and run the building journal. The assessment of basic building properties is just as important as the differentiation of construction drawings in turnkey construction You are also responsible for the need, ordering, monitoring, disposition and delivery of material. They take a look at everything: from quality monitoring to the implementation of the regulations on occupational and health protection.

You have completed professional and technical vocational training and/or further training on:the tested polish:in, master:in or technician:in Multiannual experience as a polish: desirable in construction ideally, you have experience in existing building (concrete remediation, pollution remediation etc.) You are versed on the PC/tablet and have a class B licence You know what it means to lead a construction site, how to hold the team together and handle all the works If you stand for respect, reliability and trust and building is your passion, then you are right with us!
