For our Congress Hotel Chemnitz we are looking for you Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Operational direction of the hotel: You ensure a smooth run in hotel operations and optimise internal processes – especially with a view to the quality and cost-effectiveness in the area of R&B. F&B-Fokus: You work closely with the kitchen and service team, develop gastronomic offers and ensure that culinary experiences delight our guests and are economically viable at the same time. Guest care: You are a contact person for our guests, ask for a first-class service and take care of complaints. You actively support the departments in operational business. Staff management: You lead the hotel team, conduct interviews with applicants and develop your team. Budget Responsibility: You support the Cluster General Manager in cost control, budget planning and achieving financial goals. Quality Management: You monitor compliance with standards and legal regulations (e.g. fire protection, occupational safety, HACCP etc.)

Multiannual experience in hotel ownership, ideally as department manager or in a similar position with a strong background in R&B management A high level of service orientation, coupled with organizational skills and hands-on mentality Leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate your team Communication strength and sovereign appearance to guests, employees and business partners Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
