At the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin we support the scientific activities of our house through electron microscopic analyses. As a lead of the sample preparation laboratory, you will find a versatile working field in which you play a central role in the successful investigation of functional materials.

You are responsible for the operation of the preparation laboratory. You perform preparation tasks for electron microscopic analyses. You take pictures and carry out analyses on electron microscopes. You perform small maintenance work on scanning electron microscopes and other instruments.

state-tested technicians or technical university degree (e.g. electrical engineering, metallurgy, material sciences) multiannual experience in electron microscopy Knowledge of vacuum technology, high-voltage electronics and various technical work good knowledge of German and English (min.
