System Engineer System Safety Marine Projects (m/f/d)

You advise internal and external stakeholders in compliance with national and international safety regulations and actively contribute to the consistent design of the projects. On the basis of project-specific requirements, you develop holistic safety concepts and ensure their structured implementation in the course of the project. The identification, analysis and assessment of hazards shall be carried out independently and shall derive appropriate risk mitigation measures. Planning and execution of security documents are part of your task as well as the organisation and evaluation of emergency exercises. In your role, you agree closely with shipyards, naval management and external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information. In the case of maintenance and maintenance measures, you advise on safety-critical aspects and assist in prioritizing appropriate measures. Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge in the area of MIL-STD-882E and apply it safely in practical project work.

Complete studies in the field of technology, engineering, shipbuilding or mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications First experience in a comparable position in the shipbuilding industry or in the maritime sector (1-2 years) Knowledge of national and international safety regulations A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Communication strength as well as good knowledge of German and English, in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Standing for occasional national missions (about 20%)
