at Chemnitz site For 3-6 months As part of the EDEKA Group, we are active throughout Germany – with comprehensive expertise in taxes, finance and business management. At 25 locations we are active with over 1,000 employees:inside for about 8,000 clients:inside with great commitment. As part of the development of our business area Management Consulting in the North Bavarian-Sachsen-Thüringen region, you support our team. You work close to projects with close client contact and gain insights into holistic business consulting – from analyses to process recording.

Participation in the preparation and preparation of business plans and business evaluations and analyses Support for managing clients in personnel planning (e.g. data processing, documentation, preparation of appointments) Recording and analysis of business processes at clients (in particular in the context of process documentation) Working together to build and maintain client contacts in business consulting (e.g. preparation of interview documents) Support for internal projects to increase efficiency and implement quality standards and processes

Continuous studies in the field of business management, with the focus on business consulting, controlling, business informatics or the like, or a commercial orientation with interest in advice Analytical and Structured Operation Communication skills and joy in dealing with clients Basic knowledge of accounting/ERP is advantageous (e.g. DATEV or SAP Fi/Co) Travel readiness - predominantly regional (Northern Bavaria)
