Renewal Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for small and medium-sized customers in all aspects of Renewal activities Implementation of the local Renewal strategy to avoid customer immigration and strengthen customer loyalty Close cooperation with local departments Sales, Professional Services, Sales Administration and Marketing Continuous customer contacts and onboarding of new customers to ensure professional use of EPLAN (“Customer Success” role) in combination with high customer satisfaction. Detecting risk customers with high emigration potential early and developing solutions to remain Identification of optimization potential by EPLAN Software for customers and recognition of trends with strategy development Regular reporting to the Global Renewal Director and Country Management

Complete study of economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual sales experience in a Renewal or Subscription environment Ideally, further experience in sales administration or customer service in the technology/engineering environment Great interest in discussions with technical and commercial departments in the Ecosystem of Industrial Automation Customer-oriented with strong consulting sales background, negotiation skills and very good skills in dealing with objections Empathically and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, good listeners and hands-on mentality Team player capable of working with different departments at local level Sales and KPI-oriented Very good German and good English skills
