In 18 to 24 months, you will run specialist departments at home and abroad, which are individually tailored to you. In addition, you bring the following: Education: You complete your studies in the field of economic engineering, automation technology, production informatics, robotics or a comparable field of expertise with IT reference with an above-average Diplom/Master (also doctorate). Experience and know-how: You have gained first experience in manufacturing through challenging industrial practices. Ideally, you already have knowledge of the implementation of Industry 4.0 projects in manufacturing. Personality and working methods: You have targeted communication, a structured approach and the ability to develop holistic approaches. You work in a targeted and result-oriented manner, are flexible and enthusiastic for digitalization within production. You also have an affinity for software technology. Languages: You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
