The Referent* function in payment transactions ensures the efficient, secure and timely settlement of national and international cash flows. As a service-oriented internal service unit, it supports specialist areas and customers professionally, ensures the quality of the processes, implements regulatory requirements and contributes to the further development of modern, digital payment solutions and processes. In addition, it performs sales-supporting tasks without its own market responsibility, maintains payment transactions products and ensures stable and efficient payment transactions by means of regular follow-up and management work. Overall, it contributes to sustainably ensuring efficiency, quality, security and customer satisfaction throughout payment transactions.

In this task you take: Payment & process management: Ensuring smooth payment through controls, analyses and continuous development of processes. You accompany the introduction of new products, regulatory requirements and technical solutions. Product Management & Digitization: The care and development of payment products – from card business to digital offers. You can support product launches, analyze market trends, and participate in digitization and optimization projects. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Compliance with regulatory and internal requirements and participation in audits, audits and quality assurance measures. You can also support the bank on issues such as fraud prevention, money laundering prevention and risk management. Data Analysis & Reporting: The creation and evaluation of key figures, reports and statistics. You prepare data for analyses, audits and decision-making bases and support the controlling in payment transactions. Communication & Cooperation: Close cooperation with internal departments and the preparation of training documents and the implementation of internal trainings. In addition, you will be involved in projects, specialist groups and sales support measures.

For this role you are ideally with: a completed banking or comparable training as well as several years of professional experience in payment transactions; a relevant development is advantageous. well-founded knowledge of payment processes and products as well as interest in their further development and digitalization. a good understanding of regulatory requirements as well as experience in quality assurance, compliance and audit management. Experience in the analysis and processing of data as well as in the production of reports and evaluations. a structured, analytical way of working as well as the joy of working with different disciplines and projects.
