At the start of the practice at Petersberg, we are looking for a dedicated personality that combines leadership, organizational talent, service orientation and commercial thinking – and the pleasure of co-designing and developing structures from the outset. Your tasks as a practical manager (m/w/d) : Strategic development of the performance profile You introduce your ideas, identify potentials and actively contribute to expanding the range of practice. With your commercial view, you will support the management and the technical management in the development of new structures and offers. Participation in quality and process management You design internal standards, optimize processes and help practice develop sustainably and professionally. Responsibility for billing and administration You are responsible for the private and cash accounts, ensure correct documentation and continuously develop administrative processes. Practice organization and appointment management You control and structure the entire organizational process of practice. In doing so, you actively shape processes and develop efficient processes that sustainably strengthen the practice operation. Reception and care of our patients You are the friendly face of practice, provide for a professional reception and create an atmosphere in which people feel well removed.
