Head of Management Partner and Reading (a*)

You carry out professional and disciplined a team of 12 employees in the Control Partner and Reading Group and promote their professional and personal development. The operational control and prioritization of the orders are yours – including planning and forecasting of the annual order quantities as well as the coordination and commissioning of service providers, for example for the assembly of electricity and gas meters. You participate in the introduction and further development of IT applications to support business processes and introduce the requirements of your group to use automation potential in a targeted manner. The creation and revision of load booklets in close cooperation with the relevant departments are also part of your task. You implement predefined business processes, concepts as well as operating and working instructions in your group, develop them and ensure their consistent compliance. In addition, you work in cross-departmental projects and take over the management of subprojects.

A completed study in the field of energy management, engineering or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. You have several years of leadership experience in an operating environment. You have very good knowledge of energy-economic processes – especially in measuring, reading and device management – and in cooperation with service providers. You have experience in controlling and prioritizing orders as well as planning and forecasting order volumes. You will also have experience in cooperation in projects and in the implementation and development of business processes. Embossed analytical skills, high service orientation and communication strength complete your profile.
