Head of Controlling Finance (m/f/d)

Are you an analytical head with leadership skills and are looking for a key position in which you can actively shape, digitize and develop the controlling strategy of a system-relevant, non-profit group?

For our institute in Mannheim, we are looking for you in full time as Head of Department Controlling (m/w/d).

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership and the continuous further development of the controlling teams You reliably ensure group-wide reporting including equity management and economic planning You are responsible for the determination of product and project calculations, investment calculations and performance calculations in the Group You ensure the consistency and quality of financial data and identify trends, risks and opportunities at an early stage You actively drive the process optimization and digitization of controlling processes (e.g. monthly reporting, planning, investment projects) You establish a modern business partnering within the organization and run strategic projects to optimize corporate governance

Complete studies of Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with the focus on controlling, finance or accounting Multiannual relevant practical experience (five to eight years) in controlling (e.g. participation, investment, production or sales controlling) You already have experience in the management of employees or a recognizable potential for it and always maintain a pragmatic “hands-on” mentality. Knowledge of HGB accounting, planning and product and project costing Secure handling of ERP and BI systems (in particular Excel, Power BI); project experiences are desirable as part of SAP S/4HANA (CO) introductions A mentally flexible, analytical thinking and collaborative personality with a team-oriented and targeted approach
