Technical Team Leader Project Purchasing for Public Infrastructure Projects (Civil Engineering and Plant Engineering) (m/f/d)

In this role, you take over the technical leadership of a specialized project purchasing team and are responsible for the strategic procurement for complex energy and infrastructure projects. You secure an economic, legal and transparent award and set binding standards in operational and strategic purchasing. With your expertise in procurement law, your control skills and your view on optimization potentials, you are a key factor in the success of our projects. A team of three project buyers:individually lead and strengthen cross-disciplinary cooperation (no disciplinary personnel responsibility) Develop project-related purchasing and procurement strategies and systematically raise savings potentials Implement, develop, and ensure uniform standards Ensure the legally secure implementation of public awards by GWB, VgV, UVgO, SektVO and municipal guidelines and control EU-wide and national tenders strategically align market analyses, procurement models and supplier management as well as manage risks, contracts, escalations and reporting on the cost and performance situation

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management, law or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on purchasing or procurement law. With your legal and commercial understanding, you can safely move into complex project and award structures. Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing and Project acquisition, ideally in the environment of contractors or regulated industries Knowledge in public procurement law (in particular GWB, VgV, UVgO, SektVO) and in practical application in tendering and award procedures Safe handling of tendering and awarding platforms as well as routined use of MS Office and ideally ERP or eProcurement systems Analytical and conceptual strength, coupled with a pronounced cost and quality awareness Communication and enforcement strength, joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary project teams as well as a structured, independent way of working
