Payroll accountant with a focus on income tax/social security law (m/f/d)

To build our HR team at the RSGS in Leipzig, we are looking for dedicated backup in the form of a pay calculator (m/w/d). The site will allow you to work on site, in part at the Home Office and with incorporation in Munich headquarters.

• You will ensure the full implementation of the monthly billing of pay, taking into account statutory, collective and operational provisions in SAP HR, for a defined range of services.

• You take administrative activities in connection with the monthly pay bill.

• You advise wage tax and bear responsibility for the correct application of pay tax and social security law (including tax-free/pauschalized matters).

• You manage the interfaces to the time economy, personnel management, financial accounting, tax department and external service providers.

• You prepare and accompany audits/tax/social insurance in the area of wage tax and social security.

• You participate in process optimization, implement SAP changes and carry out system tests.

• You start evaluations and reporting and train team members in wage/sv-law and SAP-related issues.

• You have a completed vocational training in the commercial sector with further training in the wage/ salary sector or a completed economic study with a focus on HR/Payroll, alternatively you are a tax specialist or have a comparable wage tax qualification.

• You have long-term and relevant professional experience in pay billing.

• You have SAP-HR user knowledge (SAP HCM Payroll, S/4 Hana Payroll) and secure MS Excel knowledge.

• You have detectable experience with special wage/sv-law cases and reporting procedures, ideally you have experience with FiBu as an interface.

• You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

• You are characterized by high accuracy, sense of responsibility and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive data, analytical thinking and problem-solving competence, team and communication skills, the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way, resilience and deadline (monthly deadlines).
