You work as a group manager in our day-care facility. Here we serve adults with disabilities & a particularly high need for help. In daily work, you will provide resource-oriented funding. Resources: You recognize the individual needs & resources of our clients:inside. To activate people, make matching offers and will be creative. Depending on the situation, use a single or group setting. Empowerment: Increase self-employment and self-employment – then align your actions. Basic/treatment care: Care measures are implemented according to individual needs & medical needs and are accompanied by trained nurses.
