Senior Manager Corporate Transformation (m/f/d)

• In this role, you take over the project management within strategic initiatives and transformation projects

• You advise, accompany and empower executives and employees in the fields of change management and organisational development

• You are for the content design, preparation, moderation and documentation of workshop formats including the derivation of follow-up activities or Integration of the workshop results

• You identify areas of action and work proactively on the promotion of R&S Ways (R&S Culture) and on the implementation of corporate strategy and sector strategies

• You have completed your studies in the field of business management, engineering, or a comparable field of study

• You have experience in multi-project management, transformation management, organizational development, and the design and moderation of (top) management workshops

• You draw your attention through a high service orientation with consulting background and leadership experience

• You have a very good understanding of business processes, strategy implementation and business development

• You have a quick understanding and have a networked and analytical way of thinking combined with the ability to present different perspectives neutrally

• You are characterized by the ability to recognize social and group-dynamic processes and to react souverän & flexibly to

• Very good language and written expression in German and English and safe occurrence, also in cooperation with top management round off your profile
