Our team is responsible for the operation and further development of the central staff-time management systems including its numerous integrations. An essential component is the modernization of all frontends and backends including the transformation into the cloud. Your tasks are divided into the following 2 fields of activity: Field of activity: Figma UI / UX Design: Creation of modern, consistent UI concepts and prototypes in Figma for internal applications

Use and further development of existing design systems to ensure brand and component consistency

Implementation of UX analyses, user flows and interaction concepts to increase usability

Close cooperation with product owners and developers to coordinate design decisions at an early stage

Ensuring a holistic user experience across multiple products and platforms

Field of Activity: Web-Service‐ & API-Specification: Creation of technical interface and service specifications (e.g. OpenAPI), including endpoints, data models and fault treatment

Structure, documentation and maintenance of API requirements for backend and integration architectures

Supporting developer teams to implement clear, clear specifications and functional processes

Translation of technical requirements into technical interface logic to efficiently shape front-end and back-end tuning

Ensuring consistent data flows between different systems and services

Ideally, you bring the following: Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification

Experienced in the development of UI concepts and safe handling of the usual tools

You have already worked product-oriented in DevOps teams

Learn how to create technical web service & API specifications

You are ae team playerin, have a safe appearance, structured working and a high self-motivation

willingness to work in complex technical processes and to help shape them responsible

Pragmatic and independent working
