Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an Advanced Technical Assistance Films/ Polish/Plating (w/m/div.) you can independently support the process engineers in process support for our front-end product portfolio PowerMOS, ASIC and MEMS. You help improve process stability by using SPC, FDC, APC methods and perform training to continuously improve processes. In agreement with the process engineers, you work on the setup and optimization of the system controls. Furthermore, you support process engineers in carrying out process releases and in adapting existing processes to new plants. You support, evaluate and document the smooth running of the system controls. The team will develop optimization measures to improve stability and reduce costs. In your role, you will also support process engineers in creating instructions and reaction plans. These include asset control lists, OCAPs (Out Of Control Action Plan) and qualification checklists. The key figures of the department are fixed in sight, act as an important interface between process engineers and manufacturing engineers and thus ensure a smooth process in the production and further design of the work environment in the area of film/polished/plating.

Training: successfully completed vocational training in the technical field or studies as a state-tested technician in the field of microelectronics, mechatronics or comparable discipline Qualification: good knowledge and multiannual professional experience in the field of semiconductors, good knowledge in the fields of data analysis and data processing as well as good methods of statistical process control; safe handling of MS Office applications Personality: team-capable, flexible, motivated, resilient, strong, Working method: independent, independent, result- and quality-oriented and highly reliable Languages: very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
