In order to strengthen the IT department at our headquarters in Kiel, we are looking for a full-time

Your duties

• Ticket processing and acceptance and follow-up of soft and hardware disorders in the IT support team

• Management of hardware and installation and configuration of IT equipment (e.g. printing systems, etc.)

• In your role, you are responsible for the support and configuration of DigitalSignage and get the hardware

• Working with exciting IT projects

Your profile

• Finded professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on customer and Application support

• Very good communication skills with employees and external partners

• Structured procedure in error analysis and fault elimination

• Own initiative, fast understanding and high level of learning

• Safe handling of management systems and standard software products

• Reliability, high service orientation and pleasure in work in agile teams
