Our team from 800 employees looks after around 67,000 patients each year - outpatient and inpatient. The clinic acts as an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and PMU Salzburg. We are looking for a doctoral director (m/w/d) in full time for our doctoral center in Einsteinstraße. Self-responsible management: You take over the medical, organizational and personnel management of the practice and actively develop it. Process and performance development: You design the further development of the range of services and the optimization of the processes in the MVZ. Patient care: You serve our patients professionally and empathically. Quality and control compliance: You are responsible for patient satisfaction, process quality and compliance with statutory health requirements. Interprofessional cooperation: You work closely with other institutions and healthcare providers and strengthen networked care.

• You are a specialist (m/w/d) for general medicine or internal medicine and have a valid German approval. • You have management experience or have several years of practical experience in hospital care. • You bring the willingness to actively participate in the further development and structural design of the MVZ. • You convince by organizational talent and a strong interest in digital and structured medicine. • You perform professionally and combine communication strength, commitment and team spirit in your daily work.
