In stock customer support, we support our B2B customers in the enterprise segment. After successful onboarding, you will take the communication as the main contact partner: for all concerns and requests of your existing customers. In daily exchange, you will contact our customers via e-mail as well as via MS teams - either through Care Calls or within agreed dates. You are the central interface between our customers and internal departments and ensure that customer complaints or escalations are efficiently solved. With complex concerns, you work closely with the relevant departments and make sure that customer requests are handled independently and promptly.

You have at least three years of professional experience in the Customer Success or have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree (or a comparable qualification) as well as first relevant practice experience. MS Office and Salesforce are sure to have experiences with Intercom and Jira. You have excellent language skills in German (C2) and English (C1). In the past you have already worked with software solutions - in particular HR tools or CRMs are desirable. You are characterized by strong communication skills, empathy and a pronounced, solution-oriented way of working. An independent and structured way of working and a high degree of self-responsibility and organization complete your profile.
