DKB AG Location: Berlin indefinite Parttime/full-time from now on Your tasks You are responsible for the strategic development of the customer group housing. You deal with the development of the markets and derive adjustments to our products and financing criteria. You translate requirements from the market into requirements for digital solutions. You give sales impulses, supported in campaigns and thus have a share in fulfilling strategic sales goals. Your daily business includes the development of market analyses, internal and external communication/organizations, preparation and execution of internal training. You work closely with DKB internal stakeholders and also represent the bank with external network partners. You are in close contact with other real estate specialists in the group along the entire value chain. Your profile You have a degree in the business, folk or real estate business or a commercial training with subsequent training. You have several years of professional experience in banking, especially in the field of commercial real estate financing. You have knowledge of organised housing, residential investors and developers as well as the regulatory environment.
