Your duties Investigation and processing of internal and external complaints and damage cases including initiation and documentation of deviations (e.g. 3A, 8D, Ishikawa) as well as blocking and release of defective or conformer products Support for production in quality problems, process deviations, product qualifications, initial sampling and the introduction of new products Organisation and implementation /assessment of vision, measurement and dimension testing using technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing tolerances Organisation and performance of leak and pressure tests to detect leaks, material and solder defects Organisation and implementation of non-destructive tests (ZfP), in particular fluorescence and penetration tests Organization and implementation of metallographic studies and evaluation of grinding images and microscopy Results Organisation and implementation of approval tests for first samples, prototypes and series products, including evaluation of test results according to internal specifications and customer requirements

Your profile Successfully completed industrial training and 3-5 years of professional experience Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive and relevant standards and regulations Qualification and practical experience in non-destructive testing (ZfP) Experience in the operation of pressure test stands, vacuum test stands and laboratory equipment, as well as in the handling of measuring instruments such as measuring clocks, depth measuring devices, teachings and microscopes Ensuring the proper use of calibrated test equipment as well as a pronounced technical understanding in the field of heat exchangers, production technology and material engineering Layer readiness as well as good English skills and safe handling of MS Office, SAP and internal programs, databases and systems
