You fulfill the conditions of employment § 19 para. 1a and para. 2 of the Basic Regulation of the University of Applied Sciences of the Federal Ministry of Public Administration (GO-HS Bund) and the Regulations on Higher Education Law of the Länder of Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia: You have a completed academic degree in law (with a successfully completed first and second state exam) or you have a first state exam and a successfully completed master's degree with Master of Laws (LL.M.)
