As Software Support (m/w/d), you are a member of our customer service team and the first contact point for our customers. Together with your team, you process the concerns of our customers and ensure that our software solutions work smoothly. In detail, your tasks are as follows: You are responsible for and processing the support requests of our customers and employees. They carry out case analyses, find optimal solutions or forward them. They work closely with the development department and the project teams. They monitor and coordinate inquiries from colleagues and customers with regard to available resources, deadlines, etc. They are in close contact with the customer and support them in the daily application of our software.

They have successfully completed vocational training, ideally with the focus on computer science or comparable. They have a pronounced IT affinity and fun to analyze. They have basic knowledge of the Logisitk or can inspire themselves to this topic. They are service-oriented and have good communication skills. You complete your profile with fluent German and very good English skills.
