Technical clarification and processing of inquiries and tenders in coordination with the local sales/service organization

Conception of technical solutions for rebuilds, extensions and revisions of individual machines and process equipment – including revision of process diagrams and layouts.

Design of machinery and plant components taking into account standard standards and requirements for process solutions

Technical acceptances in the factory or on site at the customer

Creating functional descriptions & statements as well as operating and process instructions for the operator

commissioning with the customer as well as remote support including fine tuning of the systems by software adjustments and settings

Remote Troubleshooting for process, machine and plant problems by digital connection to the customer

Contact for the 2nd Level Support (Troubleshooting, technical support for rebuilds etc.)

Complete training in the field of mechatronics, a technical study or a comparable qualification

Finded professional experience in the implementation of process equipment (ideally in the dairy or food industry)

Safe handling of automation systems (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and ideally understanding centrifuge technology

Good MS Office knowledge

Current knowledge of German and English (in word and writing)

Teamability, communication strength and high performance and self-initiative

Willingness to travel worldwide
