You advise managers and teams on occupational safety, health and prevention issues and bring content to the point in a comprehensible manner. You design and control measures to further develop security culture (e.g. campaigns, dialogue formats, workshops). You anchor work protection in processes and interfaces and develop internal rules as well as management processes. You are contact person (m/w/d) for authorities and external bodies and professionally represent the employer. You process accident reports and advertisements, analyze causes and guide appropriate prevention measures. In the event, you coordinate all necessary steps - in close coordination with works council, business physician and relevant institutions. You plan training and develop practical learning formats that secure knowledge in the long term.

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification

Ideally multiannual experience in occupational safety and routine in dealing with occupational safety and management systems Safe handling of legal requirements and the ability to translate them in practice Communication strength and fingertip feeling: You win people, recognize reservations and build confidence on Individual initiative, team orientation and a solution-focused procedure readiness for the necessary safety review
