Software Projects & Coordination: Coordinate the requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of software solutions and provide structured implementation IT Project Management: Leading internal IT projects including the creation and implementation of detailed project work plans and specifications Risk Management: Identify project risks early and develop appropriate measures to effectively tackle challenges Stakeholder Management: Regularly vote with relevant stakeholders and provide transparent communication – including management – for clarity in the course of the project Change Management: Accompanying change processes actively and ensure smooth communication and successful implementation IT Strategy & Digitization: Actively active in the strategic development of the IT landscape and the design of modern digital jobs with

Qualification: Complete study in the field of IT, business information technology or comparable qualification Project management experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the IT environment Method competency: Safe handling of common project management methods such as PRINCE2 or IPMA ICB Analytical Strength: Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Approach to Complex Questions Organization & Priority: High competence in resource management and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment Personal strengths: self-motivation, enthusiasm and pronounced problem-solving competence Communication: Very good communication skills and safe occurrence with different stakeholders
